I Have Accepted an Adjunct Position at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU)!
I am very happy to announce that I have accepted a position at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) in the Foreign Language department as an Adjunct Instructor of Classical Hebrew. Every Tuesday and Thursday (2:30 pm – 6:30 pm), I will be teaching two separate classes on campus—i.e., Beginning Hebrew and Intermediate Hebrew (with elements of Modern Hebrew included). I would like to express my sincere gratitude to those who have made this position possible. Especially, to the individual responsible for arranging the interview—he prefers no public praise or mention.
I am looking forward to working alongside of a very accomplished faculty at one of the largest and fastest growing universities in Tennessee. “MTSU is ranked 47th by Forbes in their ranking of America’s College Best Buys among all institutions, both public and private. It is ranked 1st among public universities in Tennessee. It is ranked in the top 250 among American universities in U.S News & World Report. It is the 2nd largest and fastest growing in Tennessee with a student body of over 25,000” (Source: http://www.mtsu.edu/intered/about.php).
Finally, I am looking forward to soon meeting all of my fall 2015 students!
